Involved in the cytolytic activity of natural killer cells ａnd cytotoxic T-cells.Subcellular Location : Cytoplasmic granule membrane.Tissue Specificity : Expressed specifically in natural killer cells, activated macrophages ａnd cytotoxic T-cells. Present in natural killer cells
