产品介绍：CCL1 is a member of the C-C, or beta chemokine class.These chemokines act primarily as chemoattractants ａnd activate monocytes, dendritic cells, T lymphocytes, natural killer cells, B lymphocytes, basophils ａnd eosinophils.I-309 was originally identified by subtractive hybridization as a transcript that was present in a gamma/delta T cell line but not in EBVtransformed B cells. I-309 is a chemoattractant for monocytes, but not for neutrophils.CCL1属于CC趋化因子家族，是由活化的T细胞分泌的糖蛋白。CCL1是一小分子的细胞因子C与细胞表面的趋化因子受体CCR8结合,对单核细胞，自然杀伤细胞，未成熟的B细胞和树突状细胞有细胞趋化作用.
