产品介绍：The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the highly conserved cyclin family, whose members are characterized by a dramatic periodicity in protein abundance throughout the cell cycle. Cyclins function as regulators of CDK kinases. Different cyclins exhibit distinct expression ａnd degradation patterns which contribute to the temporal coordination of each mitotic event. This cyclin forms a complex with ａnd functions as a regulatory subunit of CDK4 or CDK6, whose activity is required for cell cycle G1/S transition. This protein has been shown to interact with tumor suppressor protein Rb ａnd the expression of this gene is regulated positively by Rb. Mutations, amplification ａnd overexpression of this gene, which alters cell cycle progression, are observed frequently in a variety of tumors ａnd may contribute to tumorigenesis.细胞周期素D1蛋白（Cyclin D1）是细胞周期中的重要调控因子，它作用于细胞周期的G1→S期调控点，为G1期的限速步骤。细胞周期蛋白D1-Cyclin D1的过度表达使细胞周期G1期缩短，细胞生长对有丝分裂原和粘附信号的需求降低，*终引发肿瘤的发生。该抗原的氨基酸序列抗原决定簇-结合位点，我们选在了细胞质的粗面内质网。越来越多的研究表明。CyclinD1在正常细胞周期及肿瘤的调节中起着重要作用。
