产品介绍：The cripto gene is expressed both in ES cells ａnd during the early phases of embryo development, while in adults it is reactivated in a wide range of epithelial cancers. It could play a role in the determination of the epiblastic cells that subsequently give rise to the mesoderm.Cripto-1是表皮生长因子-Cripto-FRL-Criptic（EGF-CFC）家族成员, 属于转化生长细胞TGF-β蛋白家族及Nodal蛋白质的共同受体。Cripto蛋白对于胚胎的发育占有非常重要的地位。 Cripto-1在人类的多种肿瘤如结肠癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、胰腺癌等中高表达，可激活P13K/Akt/GSK-3βc-Src和ras/raf/MAPK信号通路,介导细胞增殖和抑制细胞凋亡，Cripto蛋白的单细胞繁殖抗体，可以抑制一些癌细胞的生长。
