产品介绍：SLAM, a novel glycoprotein of 37kDa, designated SLAM （Signaling Lymphocyte Activation Molecule） or CDw150, belongs to the immunoglobulin gene superfamily ａnd is involved in T cell stimulation. SLAM is constitutively expressed on peripheral blood memory T cells, T cell clones, immature thymocytes, ａnd a proportion of B cells, ａnd is rapidly induced on naive T cells after activation. Activated B cells express the membrane bound form of SLAM ａnd the soluble ａnd cytoplasmic isoforms of SLAM, ａnd the expression levels of membrane bound SLAM on B cells are rapidly regulated after activation in vitro. It is suggested that signalling through homophilic SLAM-SLAM binding during B to B ａnd B to T cell interactions enhances the expansion ａnd differentiation of activated B cells. Reports suggest that the extracellular domain of CD150 is the receptor for the measles virus ａnd acts as a co-activator on T cells ａnd B cells.CD150（SLAM）为70kD的表面糖蛋白属于免疫球蛋白基因超家族。SLAM有直接诱导CD4阳性T细胞克隆与活化前T细胞的作用。CD150抗原还可以增强抗原特异性增生与通过T细胞携带的CD4抗原产生细胞因子，特别是对干扰素-γ具有极强的上调节作用。SLAM与自身配体具有极高亲和性，由SLAM同源亲和细胞间的相互作用能够刺激T淋巴细胞产生自身因子。CD150抗原还是风疹病毒细胞受体并且通过白介素10下调节。
