BMX[ETK] is a member of Bruton＇s tyrosine kinase family. It is expressed in haematopoetic, epithelial ａnd endothelial cells ａnd participates in multiple signal transduction pathways.Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm.Tissue Specificity : Preferentially expressed in epithelial ａnd endothelial cells.Similarity : Belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. Tyr protein kinase family.
