产品介绍：Cell surface heparan sulfate proteoglycans are composed of a membrane-associated protein core substituted with a variable number of heparan sulfate chains. Members of the glypican-related integral membrane proteoglycan family （GRIPS） contain a core protein anchored to the cytoplasmic membrane via a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol linkage. These proteins may play a role in the control of cell division ａnd growth regulation. Deletion mutations in this gene are associated with Simpson-Golabi-Behmel syndrome. （Also known as glypican 3; Intestinal protein OCI-5; GTR2-2; MXR7; Glypican-3 precursor）.Subcellular Location : Cell membrane ａnd Secreted > extracellular space.Tissue Specificity : Highly expressed in lung, liver ａnd kidney.GPC-3磷脂酰基醇蛋白聚糖-3是一种硫酸类肝素蛋白多糖，GPC-3在不同的组织中具有不同的生物学功能，甚至起着不同的作用，可能与肿瘤组织类型、发病机制等密切相关．GPC3在绝大多数HCC（肝细胞癌）患者有表达。
