产品介绍：IL18R Beta is an accessory subunit of the heterodimeric receptor for IL18. This protein enhances the IL18 binding activity of IL18R1 （IL1RRP）, a ligand binding subunit of IL18 receptor. The coexpression of IL18R1 ａnd IL18R Beta is required for the activation of NF-kappaB ａnd MAPK8 （JNK） in response to IL18.Subcellular Location : Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein.Tissue Specificity : Strongly expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, spleen, lung, and, to a lesser extent, in colon, but not in any other tissue tested. Strongly expressed in T-cells polarized with IL-12. Specifically coexpressed with IL18R1 in Th1 cells.Similarity : Belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family.Contains 2 Ig-like C2-type （immunoglobulin-like） domains.Contains 1 TIR domain.
