产品介绍：This gene is a classical cadherin from the cadherin superfamily. The encoded protein is a calcium dependent cell-cell adhesion glycoprotein comprised of five extracellular cadherin repeats, a transmembrane region ａnd a highly conserved cytoplasmic tail. The protein functions during gastrulation ａnd is required for establishment of left-right asymmetry. At certain central nervous system synapses, presynaptic to postsynaptic adhesion is mediated at least in part by this gene product.细胞粘附蛋白（Call Adhesion Protein） N-钙粘附分子属于依赖钙离子的细胞间糖蛋白粘附分子的一部分,主要是参与细胞间同源性粘附,调控和介导细胞间相互反应。
