产品介绍：The NOX family NADPH protein oxidases are involved in transfer of electrons accross membranes to generate reactive oxygen species. There are 7 family members - NOX1-5, DUOX1 ａnd DUOX2. Expression of NOX1 is highest in colon tissue; it is also found in vascular tissue ａnd can also been induced by a variety of factors including PDGF. It requires interaction with NOXO1 ａnd NOXA1 for superoxide generation.Subcellular Location : Cell projection, invadopodium membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.Tissue Specificity : NOH-1L is detected in colon, uterus, prostate, ａnd colon carcinoma, but not in peripheral blood leukocytes. NOH-1S is detected only in colon ａnd colon carcinoma cells.Similarity : Contains 1 FAD-binding FR-type domain.Contains 1 ferric oxidoreductase domain.Subunit : NOX1, NOXA1, NOXO1, RAC1 ａnd CYBA forms a functional multimeric complex supporting ROS production. Interacts with NOXA1 ａnd NOXO1.
