This protein, which is an isozyme of ROCK1 is a target for the small GTPase Rho.Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm. Cell membrane; Peripheral membrane protein （By similarity）. Nucleus. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, centrosome. Similarity : Belongs to the protein kinase superfamily.
