产品介绍：P or trefoil or TFF domain; Trefoil factor family domain peptides are mucin-associated molecules, largely found in epithelia of gastrointestinal tissues. Function is not known but it was originally identified from mucosal tissues, where it may have a regulatory or structural role ａnd has also been implicated as a growth fractor in other tissues.The domain is found in 1 to 6 copies where it occurs. Subcellular Location : Secreted, extracellular space, extracellular matrix, apical lamina.Tissue Specificity : Expressed in goblet cells of the intestines ａnd colon （at protein level）. Expressed by goblet cells of small ａnd large intestinal epithelia ａnd also by the uterus.Similarity : Contains 1 P-type （trefoil） domain.Subunit : Monomer.
