产品介绍：The STAT 4 protein is a transcription factor activated by hormone ａnd cytokines. STAT 4 is most similar to STAT 1 （52%） ａnd STAT 3 （47%）. Functionally STAT 4 is similar to other STAT family members in that it can be tyrosine phosphorylated by JAK 1 or JAK 2. STAT 4 forms homodimers ａnd heterodimers with related STAT family members. Tyrosine phosphorylated STAT 4 can bind the interferon g activated site （GAS）, ａnd serine phosphorylation is also required for maximal transcriptional activity. STAT 4 expression is restricted to the thymus, spleen, ａnd testis.
