产品介绍：Thymic stromal lymphopoietin （TSLP） is a novel cytokine that was found to promote the development of murine B cells in vitro. This protein, which is expressed in a number of tissues including heart, liver ａnd prostate, prevented apoptosis ａnd stimulated growth of the human acute myeloid leukemia （AML）-derived cell line MUTZ-3. Anti-interleukin （IL）-7 receptor antibodies （Abs） neutralized this effect indicating that TSLP binds to at least part of the IL-7 receptor complex. TSLP induced phosphorylation of signal transducer ａnd activator of transcription （STAT）-5. 胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素-1（胸腺基质细胞分泌的淋巴细胞生成素-1）为一种新型促进生长的细胞因子——胸腺基质淋巴蛋白（TSLP）可以引发炎症反应，这种炎症反应可以引起很多过敏性疾病和哮喘。TSLP可能是过敏性疾病*重要的引发剂，已得到科学家的重视，如果证实了TSLP是一种起始因子，抑制TSLP可以地治疗哮喘和其它过敏性疾病。
