产品介绍：CD99 is a 32kDa glycoprotein, which is thought to be involved in cell adhesion processes. Expression of CD99 is a characteristic of cells from Ewing＇s sarcoma ａnd primitive peripheral neuroectodermal tumours. However expression is also seen in certain normal cells such as pancreatic islet cells, cortical thymocytes, Sertoli cells ａnd ovarian granulosa cells. Mature granulocytes express very little or no CD99.Subcellular Location : Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein.Tissue Specificity : Widely expressed with high levels in lung, spleen, thymus, liver ａnd spinal chord. Expressed on leukocytes ａnd endothelial cell contacts. Detected in a wide range of T-cells, including CD4-/CD8- ａnd CD4+/CD8+ thymocytes. Expression is much lower in peripheral T-cells than in thymocytes.Similarity : Belongs to the CD99 family.Subunit : Homodimer. ■保存环境：	Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month ａnd for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
