APPLICATION:    ELISA （1:10’000-1:100’000）
Immunohistochemistry （paraffin sections）
Microcystin concentrations can be measured in the range of ~0.006μg/l to 0.3μg/l. The ELISA sensitivity is about 1’000 times higher compared to UV detection.
