产品资料：C型加热剪切乳化设备

采用夹层加热，内层材质为1.5厚304不锈钢，外层材质为1.0厚304不锈钢，并且有恒温作用。可采用水加热或油加热的方式进行加热，并且具有搅拌、均质、乳化及三级水处理功能。生产效率相当高，30分钟可生产80公斤成品，并且产品质量相当稳定，是小型生产洗发水、洗手液，沐浴露、汽车水蜡、表板液、护发素、皮革上光剂等 设备。

 
工作原理：

    可直接将自来水或井水进行处理，物料可直接倒进加热缸里进行分散、搅拌、乳化，使得产品质量相当稳定。主要优点
