采用夹层加热，内层材质为1.5厚304不锈钢，外层材质为1.0厚304不锈钢，并且有恒温作用。可采用水加热或油加热的方式进行加热，并且具有搅拌、均质、乳化及三级水处理功能。生产效率相当高，30分钟可生产500公斤成品，并且产品质量相当稳定，是中小型生产洗发水、沐浴露、汽车水蜡、表板液、护发素、皮革上光剂等 设备。

可直接将自来水，井水进行处理，管道高剪切分散乳化机是用于连续生产或循环处理精细物料的高性能设备。在狭窄空间的腔体内，装有三组对偶咬合多层的定、转子。转子在马达的驱动下高速旋转产生强劲的轴向吸力将物料吸入腔体，在 短的时间内对物料进行分散、剪切、乳化处理，粒径分布范围也显著变窄，由此可制得精细的长期稳定的产品。
