Antibody to melanoma gp100 is widely used in pathology due to its specificity ａnd sensitivity in identifying melanocytic tumors. Description Melanoma （gp100） Human Recombinant （aa 1-150） expressed in E.coli, gp100 is antibody reactive. The Melanoma （gp100） is fused to a GST tag ａnd purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Source Escherichia Coli. Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered clear solution. Formulation Melanoma （gp100） in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA ａnd 20% Glycerol. Stability Store vial at -20°C to -80°C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.
