Introduction GANP has a phosphorylation-dependent DNA-primase activity that is up-regulated in germinal center B regions/cells. GANP is related with MCM3, a protein essential for DNA replication. Increased expression of GANP is related with malignant transformation of melanocytes. GANP functions in the regulation of DNA repair during replication ａnd survival of B cells. Description GANP Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain having a total Mw of 43kDa. GANP is fused to a GST tag ａnd is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Source Escherichia Coli. Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered clear solution. Formulation GANP is supplied in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH-7.5, 1mM EDTA ａnd 20% Glycerol. Stability Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.
Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
