BAG1 increases the anti-apoptotic effects of BCL2 ａnd is characterizes as a link between growth factor receptors ａnd anti-apoptotic mechanisms. BAG1 inhibits the chaperone activity of HSP70/HSC70 by promoting substrate release. BAG1 inhibits the pro-apoptotic function of PPP1R15A, ａnd has anti-apoptotic activity. BAG1 enhances the anti-cell death function of BCL2 induced by various stimuli. Description BAG1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 230 amino acids （1-230 a.a.） ａnd having a molecular mass of 25.9 kDa. BAG1 protein is purified by standard chromatography. Source Escherichia Coli. Physical Appearance Sterile filtered colorless solution. Formulation BAG1 Human solution containing 20mM Trsi HCL pH-8, 0.1M NaCl ａnd 10% glycerol. Stability BAG1 Human although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18°C.
