Annexin VII has molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa with a unique, highly hydrophobic N-terminal domain of 167 amino acids ａnd a conserved C-terminal region of 299 amino acids. The latter domain is composed of alternating hydrophobic ａnd hydrophilic segments. Structural analysis of the protein suggests that Annexin VII is a membrane binding protein with diverse properties including voltage-sensitive calcium channel activity, ion selectivity ａnd membrane fusion. Description ANXA-7 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids （1-466） ａnd having a total molecular mass of 53.6 kda.
ANXA7 contains T7 tag at N-terminus ａnd is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Source Escherichia Coli. Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered clear solution. Formulation Annexin-VII at a concentration of 0.1mg containing 10mM Tris, pH 8.0, 0.1% Triton X-100, 0.002% NaN3 ａnd 10mM DTT. Stability Annexin-7 although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18°C.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein （0.1% HSA or BSA）.
