ANXA5 regulates coagulability in the blood stream by binding to phosphatidylserine ａnd sulfatide. ANXA5 protects sinsuoidal endothelial cells from ischemia reperfusion damage. ANXA5 is necessary for normal CFTR chloride channel activity. Description ANXA5 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 320 amino acids （1-320 a.a.） ａnd having a molecular mass of 35.9 kDa.
ANXA5 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Source Escherichia Coli. Physical Appearance Sterile filtered colorless solution. Formulation The ANXA5 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 1mM DTT ａnd 10% glycerol. Stability Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.
Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein （0.1% HSA or BSA）.
