产品介绍：Beta 2 Microglobulin non-covalently associates with the 44 kDa alpha chain to form the HLA Class I antigen complex. Human beta 2 Microglobulin associated with HLA Class I antigens are expressed on many types of cells including lymphocytes, thymocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, platelets, endothelial cells, ａnd epithelial cells. It is absent on erythrocytes.小鼠抗人β2微球蛋白在中枢神经系统感染、肿瘤及全身性自身免疫性疾病患者脑脊液中，会出现β2MG蛋白不同程度的增高。
