产品介绍:This is one of the five types (D1 to D5) of receptors for dopamine. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which inhibit adenylyl cyclase. This receptor is expressed in phylogenetically older regions of the brain, suggesting that it plays a role in cognitive and emotional functions. It is a target for drugs which treat schizophrenia, drug addiction, and Parkinson disease. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants that would encode different isoforms, although some variants may be subject to nonsense-mediated decay (NMD).Subunit : Homooligomer. Interacts with GLIPR2, NOSTRIN, SNAP25 and syntaxin. Interacts with rotavirus A NSP4. Interacts (via the N-terminus) with DPP4; the interaction is direct. The cells were fixed with 1% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 1x PBS /0.2%TritonX-100 for 5 min.The cells were then incubated with the antibody (bs-1453R-PE, 2ug/1x106cells) for 30 min at 22-25°C. Isotype control antibody (black line) was rabbit IgG (2ug/1x106cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of events were used for analysis.
