转录因子E2F-4抗体,Anti-E2F4抗体保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month ａnd for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

E2Fs are DNA binding proteins, which associate with negative regulators, such as the retinoblastoma p107 protein, resulting in an altered rate of gene transcription. E2F4 is regulated by complex formation with Rb p110. E2F family members bind DNA as heterodimers with members of the DP family of polypeptides.
