β-内啡肽抗体,Anti-β endorphin抗体保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month ａnd for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Beta-endorphin is an endogenous opioid peptide neurotransmitter found in the neurons of both the central ａnd peripheral nervous system. ?endorphin is a peptide, 31 amino acids long, resulting from processing of the precursor pro-opiomelanocortin （POMC）. ?endorphin is found in neurons of the hypothalamus as well as the pituitary gland. It is an agonist of the opioid receptors, with evidence suggesting that it serves as the endogenous ligand of the ?opioid receptor, the same receptor to which the chemicals extracted from opium, such as morphine ａnd codeine, have their analgesic ａnd addictive effects.
