The RN-h from ScienCell Research Laboratories are isolated from E18 rat brain hippocampal tissue. They were frozen on primary culture and delivered either frozen or proliferating culture. The proliferating cell has been cultured in neuronal medium for two to three days in our laboratory before shipping. The culture is about 80% confluent and delivered cold (gel ice). They are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. RN-h are guaranteed to further culture in your laboratory in the conditions provided by ScienCell Research Laboratories.
