大鼠纹状体神经元

ScienCell实验室的大鼠纹状体神经元分离于E14大鼠的大脑纹状体，原代冻存。冰冻运输或增殖培养后运送。运送前细胞在ScienCell 实验室的神经元培养液中培养2到3天。细胞达到约80%的融合后进行低温运输（在凝胶冰盒中）。它们经检测不含支原体、细菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 实验室特制的培养基，可保证此神经元在贵实验室中继续生长。 大鼠纹状体神经元（RN-s）提取于E14大鼠脑纹状体，原代冻存。运送前置入神经细胞培养基中培养2-3天，经测试不含有支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。

The RN-s from ScienCell Research Laboratories are isolated from E14 rat brain striatum. They were frozen on primary culture ａnd delivered either frozen or proliferating culture. The proliferating cell has been cultured in neuronal medium for two to three days in our laboratory before shipping. The culture is about 80% confluent ａnd delivered cold （in gel ice box）. They are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast ａnd fungi. RN-s are guaranteed to further culture in your laboratory in the conditions provided by ScienCell Research Laboratories.
