通过约4.5小时的固相ELISA方法，对培养细胞上清、血清和血浆中的兔主要组织相容性复合体Ⅰ类（MHCⅠ/RLAⅠ）水平进行定量检测。其包含大肠杆菌表达的重组兔主要组织相容性复合体Ⅰ类（MHCⅠ/RLAⅠ）蛋白和抗重组兔主要组织相容性复合体Ⅰ类（MHCⅠ/RLAⅠ）蛋白抗体。该免疫检测显示能精确定量重组因子，用自然兔主要组织相容性复合体Ⅰ类（MHCⅠ/RLAⅠ）检测的结果显示，计量反应曲线与试剂盒内重组蛋白标准品所做曲线相一致，说明该试剂盒能用于决定自然兔主要组织相容性复合体Ⅰ类（MHCⅠ/RLAⅠ）的相对量。
The quantikine rabbit major histocompatibility complex typeⅠ（MHCⅠ/RLAⅠ） immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid phase elisa designed to measure major histocompatibility complex typeⅠ（MHCⅠ/RLAⅠ） levels in cell culture supernates, serum, ａnd plasma. It contains e. Coli-expressed recombinant rabbit major histocompatibility complex typeⅠ（MHCⅠ/RLAⅠ） ａnd antibodies raised against recombinant rabbit major histocompatibility complex typeⅠ（MHCⅠ/RLAⅠ）. This immunoassay has been shown to accurately quantitate the recombinant factor. Results obtained using natural rabbit major histocompatibility complex typeⅠ（MHCⅠ/RLAⅠ） showed dose response curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the recombinant quantikine kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural rabbit major histocompatibility complex typeⅠ（MHCⅠ/RLAⅠ）
