日产700立方蒸压加气砖生产线的料浆搅拌要均匀，搅拌不均会导致加气块胚体软硬不均，因而造成静停时间过长或者硬化太快，不易脱模。 

静停时间要够，否则的话胚体湿度过高，胚体容易与模框粘结，难以脱模，甚至胚体倒塌。
