牵引是什么？
牵引是临床医学上较为常用的一种治疗手段，通过牵引力以及反牵引力减轻椎间盘的内压、缓解肌肉痉挛，起到治疗颈椎、腰椎疾病的作用，缓解因椎间盘疾病引起的肩膀酸痛、腰疼、腿疼等症状。
