The new ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide columns are hydrophilic-interaction chromatography (HILIC) columns specifically designed to retain ａnd separate very polar acidic, basic ａnd neutral compounds that cannot be retained using reversed-phase chromatography.
新的ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide柱是亲水相互作用（HILIC）色谱柱，专用于反相色谱不能保留的强极性酸、碱和中性化合物的分析。
ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide columns feature:
• ultra-low column bleed ａnd extremely long column lifetimes
• compatibility with high pH (up to pH 11) mobile phases ａnd all modern detection techniques including ELS, UV, MS ａnd fluorescence
• ability to separate a wide range of carbohydrates using gradient UPLC/MS in ESI-ionization mode.
ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide柱具有如下特点:
