Job Description
The tasks of a Technical Support Engineer will include the analysis of customer samples, the training of customers in the correct operation of Ankersmid equipment, and the development of optimal sampling methods. You will also provide technical after sales support to Ankersmid’s clients and do instrument maintenance and repair. Ankersmid will provide you with a sample application and maintenance training in our manufacturing facility overseas.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Bachelor degree or above in science or engineering.
- Laboratory experience, preferably with the measurement of particle size
- Instrument maintenance experience
- Excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills
