Specific Duties and Responsibilities: -Order Process -Coordination with 3PL company for importation/ receiving/ delivery -Maintain inventory database -Weekly Reporting Education and Skill Requirements: -Bachelors" Degree or above, chemical background preferred -More than 3 years experience in logistics activities especially for importation (experience with importation and transportation for chemical product will be a plus) -Familiar with Incoterms, import formality (especially in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone) -Experience in using ERP system will be a plus -Strong capability of problem solving, willing to face challenge work -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Good English and Good Computer skills is a must -Good team player
