职位描述：

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing business strategies to drive aggressive sales growth at optimal margins.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
-Position Fisher to become the premier Laboratory supplier in China.
-Develop a systematic process to drive business strategies by customer segment.
-Foster partnership development with targeted suppliers.
-Lead and manage a team of Product Managers and Marketing Specialists.
-Deliver value-added support to both Sales and New Lab Solution teams.
Education and Skill Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry is required, MBA is desirable.
-Minimum 3 years experience as a Marketing Manager, Product Manager or Business Unit Manager in the field of Laboratory instruments, supplies or services.
-Strong understanding of customer requirements, competition, and distribution in Laboratories is required.
