PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The main focus of role is the safe, effective and efficient planning, management and operations of the warehousing and distribution activities of the business in China ensuring the highest level of product line availability with the minimum value of stock.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Responsible for developing and adapting the effective implementation of the stock and inventory strategy to meet the evolving business needs. The Logistics Manager will participate in setting the stock and inventory strategy jointly with Line manager, the Sales & Customer Services Teams.
2. Ensure that customer service levels are maintained by controlling all warehouse operations, including third party managed operations to meet the delivery schedules.
