热收缩套 辐射交联聚乙烯热收缩套 热收缩补口套
热缩套全称为辐射交联聚乙烯热收缩补口套，基材为特殊辐照聚乙烯管材经过扩张后形成的密封筒状结构，胶层采用热熔型丁基改性橡胶。经过如特殊工艺复合而成，热缩套一般包含配套底漆，密封热熔胶条和其他工具。当不使用底漆时又称两层结构热缩套。
热收缩套是整体无缝结构的热缩套，周向收缩率≥50%。主要用于管道补口防腐、大小头、阀门密封等。热缩套热熔胶良好粘接性能可与钢管底层以及管涂层例如聚乙烯、聚炳烯、环氧粉末、环氧煤沥青等结合行成良好的密封保护的热熔胶。（预热困难时可采取低温涂刷性能优异的的底漆来获得良好的效果） ，热收缩套产品适用于各种管体防腐涂层如：二层聚乙烯（2PE）、三层聚乙烯(3PE)、三层聚炳烯（3PP）、粉末环氧（FBE）、保温夹克、煤焦油瓷漆、石油沥青。在管线的现场补口防腐及大（端头封堵）、阀门的密封防腐中获得大量应用，效果良好。这已为许多管道工程所证实。 配合热熔胶及底漆, 热收缩套能适应不同的运行温度条件，抗蠕变性能好，寿命长。
热缩套的主要特点：
1、收缩范围大，一般热缩到的收缩比能达到2:1.
2、多层的复合结构，使得热缩带安装方便，操作简单。抗冲击，防渗漏，对温度循环，静水静压有很好的抵抗力。可用于水底管道防腐。
3、施工简单，用火一烤，热缩防腐，安装效率高。
4、辐照而成的基材对紫外线，细菌霉菌、管道阴极保护电流所造成的涂层分离有很强的抵抗能力。
