一 工作方式：
连续式1——像大电炉一样一天24小时不停的生产。
连续式2——24小时化料，白天生产。
二 出料方式：人工挑料、滴料。按用户要求设计。
三 可以熔化各种颜色的料。
四 可以熔化各种料质：钠钙玻璃料、汝浊料、钡钾料、高硼硅、铅料、微晶玻璃等等。
五 结构同大电炉.
六 现场制造—— 建电炉如同建房子，须保证基本上没有砖缝，更不宜用车运来运去，最好现场施工。
七 加热方式——用钼电极或氧化锡电极加热。每种电极均需要冷却，用水冷好于风冷。
八 料质利用率几乎可以达到100%。
九 小电炉操作简单，易于控制，劳动量低，维护费用低。
十大修费用
使用一个周期后进行大修。钢架，冷却水不用动。电器的易损件须更换。各种型号的砖均不能再用，都须重新购买。但使剩的锆刚玉砖可以卖给砖厂。钼电极视损耗情况而定是否添加。冷却钼电极的水套须更换。
