用途及描述：科研试剂，广泛应用于分子生物学，药理学等科研方面。为双链特异性内切核酸酶，能降解双链DNA成为具有5ˊ-磷酸及3ˊ-OH末端的寡脱氧核糖核苷酸。激活剂为二价金属离子，最大激活可以从镁(Mg2+)，钙(Ca2+)得到。抑制剂有EDTA和十二烷基硫酸钠。

储存条件：−20°C，避光防潮密闭干燥。
