介绍：本产品是在溶组织梭菌的培养滤液中发现的活化半胱氨酸蛋白酶，同时还有胶原酶和其他蛋白酶，它的特异性表现在精氨酸的羧基肽键结合及其对硫醇和钙离子依赖性。

特异性：本产品低损耗选择性水解精氨酰和赖氨酰，在pH7.6－9.0时为最大活性的转肽酶。

分子特点：一个含1581个核苷酸的可读框（ORF）编码重链和轻链，根据该基因的表达，整个ORF（信号区域，前区，9个氨基酸肽接头）被转录，翻译后加工产生异二聚体活性酶。

成分：本产品为异二聚体，成熟肽链由526残基组成，两条链由较强的非共价力结合，活性部位起催化作用的含巯基残基是Cys41(重链残基)，前体主要包含27个氨基酸信号肽，23个氨基酸前肽，131个氨基酸轻链亚基，9个氨基酸连接肽和336个氨基酸重链亚基。

用途及描述：科研试剂，可用于肽谱；序列分析；细胞分离；酰胺键水解/缩合；多肽合成。
