Non-transfected (–) ａnd transfected (+) HepG2 whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, ａnd the membrane was blotted with Grp78 antibody [N2C1], Internal diluted at 1:200. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
