Sample (30 µg of whole cell lysate) A: HepG2 7.5% SDS PAGE diluted at 1:1000 The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Occludin antibody detects Occludin protein expression by immunohistochemical analysis. Sample: Frozen sectioned E13.5 Rat brain. Green: Occludin protein stained by Occludin antibody diluted at 1:250. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI .
