The anti-Siglec3 N-term Pab is used in Western blot to detect Siglec3 in jurkat cell lysate.
Formalin-fixed ａnd paraffin-embedded human lymph with CD33 (SIGLEC3) Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
