In addition, various cleavage products of fibrinogen ａnd fibrin regulate cell adhesion ａnd spreading, display vasoconstrictor ａnd chemotactic activities, ａnd are mitogens for several cell types. Application

Flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
