The mu class of enzymes are organized in a gene cluster on chromosome 1p13.3 ａnd are known to be highly polymorphic. Application

Flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB231 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell ( histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Application

Formalin-fixed ａnd paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma reacted with GSTM1 Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
