Western blot analysis of LXN Antibody (Cat. #AP9861a) in MCF-7 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). LXN (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Application

LXN Antibody (Cat. #AP9861a) IHC analysis in formalin fixed ａnd paraffin embedded colon carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody ａnd DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the LXN Antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
