Application

Western blot analysis of anti-SUMO2/3 Antibody (C-term E69) in CEM cell line lysates (35ug/lane).SUMO2/3(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Application

Formalin-fixed ａnd paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue reacted with SUMO2/3 antibody (C-term E69) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Application

Western blot analysis of SUMO2/3 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal SUMO2/3 Antibody (C-term E69) . 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the SUMO2/3 gene.
