电子地磅主要技术参数
1、地磅承重面板采用10～16mm碳素钢板；
2、主梁采用U型钢梁，在横向范围内放置于6～7条纵梁，与面板连续焊接形成6-7条矩形管，纵向筋板，车辆轮子始终在钢梁上行驶，使整个秤体不变形。
3、焊接工艺：
（1）采用CO2气体保护焊接技术，使焊接部位材质不受损伤，提高焊接强度。
（2）采用连续焊接方式，大大增强了整个秤体的钢度，使内腔不生锈，提高了产品的使用寿命。
4、表面处理：
（1）焊接成型后采用抛砂进行严格除锈处理，然后喷涂（胺基环氧）底漆，待固化后喷涂表面金属面漆，与普通油漆相比增强了耐磨防腐等性能。

Main technical parameters of electronic weighing scales

 

1. The load-bearing panel of the weighbridge is made of 10-16mm carbon steel plate;

 

2. The main beam adopts U-shaped steel beams, which are placed on 6-7 longitudinal beams within the horizontal range. They are continuously welded with the panel to form 6-7 rectangular tubes, with longitudinal reinforcement plates. The vehicle wheels always travel on the steel beams, ensuring that the entire weighing body does not deform.

 

3. Welding process:

 

(1) Adopting CO2 gas shielded welding technology to prevent damage to the material of the welding area ａnd improve welding strength.

 

(2) The continuous welding method greatly enhances the rigidity of the entire scale body, preventing rust in the inner cavity ａnd improving the service life of the product.

 

4. Surface treatment:

(1) After welding ａnd forming, strict rust removal treatment is carried out by sandblasting, followed by spraying (amino epoxy) primer. After curing, surface metal coat is sprayed, which enhances wear resistance ａnd corrosion resistance compared to ordinary paint.
