RENISO K Series (KM 32, KS 46, KC 68, KES 100) | Highly-refined, naphthenic mineral oils which contain no additives. The RENISO K Series can be used in ammonia-refrigerant plants as well as for CFC systems. The good aging stability of these products with ammonia makes them the first choice for conventional NH3 refrigeration systems . |
RENISO WF Series (WF 7 - 22A) | Highly-refined, selective baseoils containing a special antiwear additive system. The WF Series is used to lubricate small hermetically sealed compressors, in refrigerators, especially those operating with the refrigerant R 600a (isobutane). |
RENISO TES 100 | Highly-refined, paraffinic mineral oil. As a result of the good viscosity-temperature behaviour of RENISO TES 100, it is recommended for use in CFC turbo-compressors. |
RENISO MS Series (MS 32, MS 46, MS 68) | Mixtures of thermally stable alkylbenzenes and highlyrefined, naphthenic mineral oils. The addition of alkylbenzenes significantly improves thermal stability and solubility with HCFC (R 22, R 502). RENISO MS is recommended for CFC systems and for drop-in refrigerants (e.g. R 401, R 402 and other R 22 mixtures). RENISO MS oils are not suitable for NH3 systems. |
RENISO S/SP Series (S 68, SP 32, SP 46, SP 100, SP 220) | Chemically and thermally highly stable alkylbenzenes which are specially treated. As a result of favourable solubility with HCFC, RENISO SP products are recommended for R 22, R 502 and similar CFC’s as well as for R 22-based drop-in refrigerants. RENISO SP oils are not suitable for use in NH3 systems. RENISO S 68 is recommended for NH3 applications (Reniso S 68 – without AW-Additives). |
RENISO SYNTH 68 | Thermally-stable poly-a-olefins (PAO) with excellent cold flowing properties. Synthetic lubricating oil for conventional NH3 systems and high performance compressors. Especially for deep evaporating temperatures. |
RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ Series (ISO VG 10-320) | Synthetic refrigerator oils based on highly-stable polyol esters (POE). As a result of their good miscibility, these ester oils are perfect for use with chlorine-free HFC refrigerants such as R 134a, R 404A, R 407C etc. All RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ products are free of additives and are characterized by excellent stability and outstanding lubricity. As with all ester oils, these products also tend to absorb water. In extreme cases, hydrolytic decomposition reactions can occur if excessive water content in the oil and extreme loads combine. It is therefore necessary to ensure that these products do not come into contact with water or moisture during storage, handling or operation. All RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ products are ultra-dried and are filled into vapour-tight cans, pails, drums and container under nitrogen atmosphere. |
RENISO PAG 46/100 | Heavy-duty, polyalkylene glycols (PAG) for automotive air conditioning systems operating with refrigerant R 134a. As a result of their comparatively polar structure, PAG’s are very hygroscopic. This means that corresponding care must be taken when handling these products. The RENISO PAG Series of products are ultradried and are filled into vapour-tight cans (e.g. 250 ml), pails and drums under nitrogen atmosphere. |
RENISO PG 68, RENISO GL 68 | Ammonia-miscible, synthetic refrigerator oils based on special polyalkylene glycols (PAG) containing an agingstable additive system. Specially-selected synthetic components display excellent viscosity-temperature behaviour and high thermal stability. RENISO PG 68 and GL 68 were specially developed for advanced NH3systems which use the direct evaporation principle. Excess water content can cause chemical reactions between NH3 and some aluminium alloys. It is thereforevital that these PAG oils are kept absolutely dry. Any mixing with mineral oils should also be avoided. Suitable dryers to limit moisture content are available on the market. |
RENISO C 55 E, 85 E, 130 E, 170 E | With regard to future applications with natural CO2 refrigerant, lubricants have been developed for systems operating in both under- and trans-critical conditions. The specially-developed RENISO C Series products offer excellent thermal stability and sufficient lubricity even at high pressure levels in CO2atmospheres. Comprehensive application experience has already been gathered from test plants and prototype systems. |
